I recently had the pleasure to meet and welcome Hector of European Savouries to Dresden's downtown business community. Hector operated a similar shop in downtown Toronto when he decided to slow down his life. After some research Hector, his wife and three children made the move to Dresden.

He's happy to report that his family and his business are both doing well and that he appreciates life in a small town.

His European Savouries are absolutely delicious and his customer base continues to grow with new visitors to his shop on a daily basis. I suggest you check his menu board shown below or better still stop in his store to sample a taste of Europe right here in downtown Dresden. To quote customer Mark, "The pastizzis are delicious flaky filled pastries, available with meat or without. Great for a snack or meal. Also, try the Tropical strawberry soda from Ecuador. The store opens at 8:30, Monday through Friday, closing at 6 pm. and is conveniently located next door to My House Restaurant.
